From August 7 to 25, 2026 the acceptance of documents for postgraduate studies at the V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the NAS of Ukraine is announced for obtaining the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialties F1 Applied Mathematics, F3 Computer Science, F7 Computer Engineering.
Registration of applicants' applications for participation in the competitive selection for training will be carried out in personal accounts through the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (EDEBO).
Documents in paper form are submitted to the Admissions Committee, which operates:
