Biography

Born in 1979. In 2001, he graduated from Donbass Machine-Building Academy with a degree in Welding technology and equipment. In 2001, he graduated from the Donbass Machine-Building Academy and received a degree in Business Economics. In 2020, he graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute» with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In 2024, he received PhD in Applied Mathematics.

He has been with the Institute of Cybernetics since 2022. From 2024 to 2026, he served as Head of the Laboratory for Problems of Applied Informatics. Since June 2026, he has served as Head of Department No. 205, Evolving Intelligent Systems.

He has published more than 50 scientific publications.

Research Interests

  • mathematical modeling, analysis, and prediction of the behavior of complex dynamical systems;

  • evolving intelligent systems, multi-agent systems, and models of their adaptive behavior;

  • controlled evolution of complex systems with changing rules of development and dynamic structure;

  • methods for detecting precritical, critical, and anomalous states in complex technical, information, and communication systems;

  • entropy-based, probabilistic, and trajectory-based methods for analyzing nonlinear processes and system operating regimes;

  • digital twins of complex systems and their application to monitoring, diagnostics, modeling, and decision support;

  • artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data mining methods for the study of complex systems;

  • chains of reasoning and retrieval-augmented generation technologies in multi-agent artificial intelligence systems aimed at improving the quality, consistency, and justification of AI-agent decisions.
