Born in 1979. In 2001, he graduated from Donbass Machine-Building Academy with a degree in Welding technology and equipment. In 2001, he graduated from the Donbass Machine-Building Academy and received a degree in Business Economics. In 2020, he graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute» with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In 2024, he received PhD in Applied Mathematics.
He has been with the Institute of Cybernetics since 2022. From 2024 to 2026, he served as Head of the Laboratory for Problems of Applied Informatics. Since June 2026, he has served as Head of Department No. 205, Evolving Intelligent Systems.
He has published more than 50 scientific publications.
